- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at support@theglorea.com.
- Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once we receive the return.
- Return Shipping
